What to do with Basil

I planted my new raised bed with an excessive number of basil plants. 7 to be exact, with 4 varieties. I thought that maybe some would survive and some wouldn't. They're all doing great.
And one can only make so many Caprese Salads. So, in preparation for after we have the baby, I created another frozen meal - Pesto!
I whipped up enough for several meals and left out the cheese, because apparently that doesn't freeze well. And I froze it into ice cube trays for easier thawing and portions. We'll pop them into freezer bags when they're done. Kinda excited for the chaos to be here!

Raised Beds Are IN

I've probably been asking for a year, but Mitchell finally arranged for Matt to build us some pretty raised beds. One behind the house for veggies and one on the side as a decorative planter. Bonus: the dogs won't be able to reach to pee on the plants, so they might actually have a chance for survival. Now, the pressure of what to plant? Any suggestions? Vegetable garden, first! My strawberry plants and blueberry bush need some company.
